• FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

    Devin graduated from BYU in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and went on to complete her Master's in Accounting the following year at the University of Denver. She started her career working in the Business Tax Services division of Deloitte Tax Denver where she became a CPA. After having her first child she left public accounting to start Brecken Business Solutions in 2017. Since starting the business, she has enjoyed working with small businesses to help them create strong processes around their accounting so they can meet all tax requirements and make the best decisions for their business. Devin lives in Colorado and enjoys being outdoors with her family.

    Rachel Foppiano joined the Brecken Business team in 2021. She earned her Accounting Degree at Keiser University in Florida and has over 15 years of experience in the industry. Rachel holds a PHRca Certification(Professional in Human Resources - California).

    Sara joined Brecken Business Solutions in 2022. She received her bachelors degree in accounting and has 5 years of bookkeeping and tax experience. She lives in Maryland and loves spending time with family and friends, cooking and decorating.

  • SALES TAX SPECIALIST

    Monica received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Athens State University in 1995. She has over 27 years of accounting experience with 22 of those years specializing in Sales and Use Tax. She currently resides in Huntsville Alabama with her husband, retired First Sergeant Al Nixon. Together they have two children and a 2-1/2 year old grandson. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. Monica joined Brecken Business Solutions in 2023.

    Susan received her bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Denver in 1996. She has worked in the accounting field in various industries for over 28 years. She has been with Brecken Business Solutions for three years and counting.

    Ashley joined Brecken Business Solutions in 2022. She received her Masters of Taxation and Accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University. Ashley has worked in the accounting industry for over 6 years. Her background includes audit, estate and tax. In her free time Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends soaking up the Florida sunshine.

    Shaniece joined Brecken Solutions in 2024. Shaniece started her career in Accounting as a Jr. AP Clerk in 2012 gaining years of experience and working her way up the accounting ladder for a non-profit and providing bookkeeping and accounting services for special projects in a variety of industries. Gaining experience in payroll, reporting and auditing. In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her loved ones.

    Ashley joined Brecken Business Solutions in 2024. Ashley received her Master of Accounting from Texas A&M University in 2019. Ashley has worked in the accounting industry for over 5 years, as a private equity tax accountant and a property accountant. In her free time Ashley enjoys photography, traveling with her husband, and spending time with her loved ones.

    Danica joined Brecken Business Solutions in 2024. With a Bachelor's in Tourism Management and over 9 years of experience across various industries, she has supported large accounts in Customer and Technical Support, Sales, and Recruitment. Since transitioning to remote work in 2022, she has supported various clients with diverse needs. A "Jack of All Trades," she adapts quickly to new roles. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her cats and loved ones, and binge-watching anime.

    Samantha joined Brecken Business Solutions in 2025. Samantha is an experienced accounting professional with over 10 years of expertise in public accounting, working with both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Samantha earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 2019 from Herzing University as well as a Master's degree in Accountancy from Saint Leo University in 2021. In her free time she enjoy reading books and listening to podcasts, as well as spending quality moments with her husband and three boys.

Angel is an experienced Accounting Professional with over 15 years in both corporate and public accounting.  She specializes in financial reporting, process optimization and helping businesses strengthen their accounting operations through trusted guidance. Angel is passionate about delivering accurate results, mentoring others and is committed to excellence by building strong client relationships.  During her downtime, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and supporting non-profits throughout her hometown.
